Tapping Points Tap with your fingertips or the pads of your fingers near your fingertips. Use your dominant hand to tap. Tap firmly to stimulate your energy meridian, but not so firm that you hurt yourself. Either side of the body can be used for a tapping point. Whichever side feels more comfortable. 1. Where the eye brow begins, near the bridge of your nose. 2. Side of the eye, as though you are framing your eye. 3. Under the eye, again as though you are framing the eye. 4. Under the nose. The space between the nose and the upper lip. 5. Under the lip, on the indentation between the lower lip and the chin. 6. Collarbone point. In the middle of your collarbone there is an indentation. Go up about an inch on either side. This is the collarbone tapping point. 7. The last point that we use is under the arm. Go approximately four inches down, in a straight line from your armpit. |
